Exams or Tournament?

I think we should hold the Chunnin or Jounin exams or maybe a tournament or something. We could use the stuff in our ninja profile, like one attack could use this much chakra and if you get hit it takes up this much health.

the you get an atck take this health away kinda sucks it qwould need dices roll and everything and that sucks the tournament or exmans fine but the health system and chakra sucks.
